HardPoint Global Inc.

Where research
meets reality.

HardPoint partners with researchers and technology innovators to turn promising ideas into deployable products and operational capabilities, with the potential to build enduring businesses.

From first principles. To the field.Research / Engineering / Deployment

Your research deserves
more than a paper.

A promising result or working prototype is an important step. Turning it into a product also requires engineering, testing, manufacturing preparation, and a practical route to customers.

HardPoint Global Inc. brings experienced technical and business support to that transition, helping develop products that can be manufactured, supported, and put to use.

We help coordinate the disciplines around your research, so you do not have to assemble the entire development effort from scratch—and have more room to advance your research and develop the next idea.

Experience that reaches
from theory to hardware.

HardPoint’s leadership and technical team bring more than 30 years of hardware and software development experience. We connect that expertise across disciplines to address the product as a complete system.

30+

Years of experience

Our multidisciplinary resources combine PhD-level expertise in advanced software, artificial intelligence, and electrical engineering with exceptional practical depth in mechanical engineering, rugged product design, and manufacturing.

Our capabilities extend across the complete system

  1. Advanced software architecture and development

  2. Artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and trusted computational workflows

  3. Electrical and electronic system engineering

  4. Analog, digital, power, and embedded circuit design

  5. Printed circuit board design, component selection, schematic development, and board layout

  6. FPGA, embedded processing, networking, and edge-computing architectures

  7. Mechanical design, thermal management, structural packaging, and environmental protection

  8. Ruggedization for shock, vibration, temperature, and moisture, with EMI/EMC and ESD.

  9. System integration, prototyping, verification, qualification planning, and production transition

This breadth allows HardPoint to work from first principles through board-level design, mechanical packaging, software implementation, complete system integration, and field demonstration.

From research
to deployment.

Our approach connects technical development with the preparation needed for production and commercial use. The scope depends on the technology, its intended application, and what the researcher wants to achieve.

The knowledge, processes, and relationships developed along the way can support subsequent products—and, where appropriate, an enduring business.

  1. Research translation

Define the intended use, technical objectives, and commercial considerations, turning promising research into a practical development plan.

  2. Multidisciplinary engineering

Develop and integrate the hardware and software, bringing electrical, electronic, mechanical, thermal, and environmental engineering into one coherent system.

  3. Field-ready development

Build, test, and demonstrate prototypes in representative conditions, gathering evidence to guide design decisions and qualification planning.

  4. Product realization

Prepare for manufacturing and commercial development, considering production readiness, financial requirements, and how the product will reach customers.

Concept architecture

FieldLab is envisioned to bring the laboratory to the mission—supporting AI-assisted observation, experimentation, and analysis where phenomena unfold, so evidence can be understood in the context that gives it meaning.

The architecture spans centralized high-performance computing resources, engineering workstations, rugged portable systems, and field instruments. Its software coordinates mission planning, computational-resource allocation, model execution, instrumentation, evidence collection, and technical traceability across those resources.

The concept illustrates the integration HardPoint’s approach calls for: coordinating software, computing resources, rugged hardware, and instrumentation for work beyond the laboratory.

Experience
behind the work.

HardPoint Global Inc. brings together a team with decades of experience in engineering and product development. Our collective background spans aerospace, robotics, energy storage, industrial automation, networking, and cybersecurity.

That experience includes high-performance computing for high-altitude environments, deep-ocean communications, and field systems engineered for extreme environments. We also bring practical experience in manufacturing, funding, and commercialization—the work needed to carry a technology beyond a successful prototype.

That background helps us consider the product as a whole: how it will perform, how it can be built, and what it will take to bring it into use.

Bring the research.
